November 29, 2017 [PetrolPlaza] - TOSL has secured a government permit to carry out a NZD 30-million construction project at Timaru Primeport.

The project would include the construction of four 8,000 cubic metre fuel storage tanks and two tanks with 6,000-cubic metre storage capacity.

Engineering firm LogiCamms, in an interview with Radio New Zealand, said that the fuel facility will be the only new complete terminal in New Zealand.

Oil companies also laud the project as it will boost fuel supply and increase competition in the country.

TOSL is owned by Pacific Petroleum, a company that supplies fuel through the region including Tahiti, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, the Cook Islands, and Fiji.
