| By the end of the year there may be an ethanol storage tank in Vestal. The nearly million gallon tank would be along Shipper's Road at Buckeye Terminals, behind Lowe's. Truck traffic in the area will grow some as Buckeye seeks to meet the ethanol demand, which is combined with gasoline to make it burn cleaner. |
