7.8 million barrels of crude oil storage and more than 100 miles of active
petroleum pipelines from BP Pipelines (North America) Inc. for $289 million.
BP's plan to divest its pipeline and terminal assets came from an initiative
late last year, way before the massive oil spill occurred in the Gulf of Mexico
in May.

in the Netherlands, to SK Energy International.
SK Energy International is a 100% subsidiary of SK Energy, based in
Singapore, and VTTI is a 50/50 joint venture between international shipping
line, MISC Berhad, and the Vitol Group.
